Our office is at D12-08, Menara Mitraland, Jalan PJU 5/1, Kota Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. We are open Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm. If you would like to meet in person, message us first so we can set a time that works.
We work with companies in Kota Damansara and Petaling Jaya, across the Klang Valley and Selangor, and — because almost everything a company secretary does can be handled digitally through MyCoID and MBRS — throughout Malaysia. Distance from our office is rarely a reason not to write.
What to have ready
- Starting a company: two or three proposed company names and a one-line description of the business
- Existing company: the company name or registration number
- The situation: what you need help with — incorporation, a secretary appointment or transfer, a filing, or a deadline you are not sure about
You do not need everything on that list to get started — a rough description of the situation is enough for a first reply. Once we understand what is needed, we confirm the scope and the fee upfront, before any work begins, so there is nothing to discover after the fact.
